Alec RedpathScore:★★★★★Date:2017/07/10Handle has great feel in the hand. Pronounced taper from the buffalo horn bolster to the heal of the handle resulting in great comfort. Only a slight bump at the magnolia wood to horn junction. Tang is friction fit with no visible adhesive (no epoxy or glue) so you might consider sealing the tang with some kind of adhesive such as bees wax, epoxy, clear glue, to make sure the seal betweeen handle and tang are waterproof to protect against water damage. Overall, nice handle with great fit and finish. Medium size handle at around 2.5 inches in circumference...It is 28$ USD to upgrade from a western handle or magnolia wood d shaped with plastic bolster and it is worth every penny. I would recommend upgrading to this handle if possible.
